Directions: Heat oil and butter in a kadai. Add in crushed garlic and fry for a min. Add in onions and salt. Saute till lightly golden. Add in sausage and fry till it is fried little. Now add in peppers and saute well. Add in chilli powder and mix well. Add in ketchup and mix well. Add in vinegar, garam masala powder and pepper powder and mix well. Now serve with roti.
