Directions: Beat eggs along with salt and pepper and keep aside. Preheat a non stick pan and add 1 tbsp oil. Add onions and saute until translucent. Add the diced hot dogs and stir fry until lightly browned. Add a pinch of turmeric and 1/2 tsp red chilly powder. Stir Fry for a minute. Pour the beaten eggs and allow it to set. Scramble thoroughly once it begins to set. Make a breakfast sandwich or serve it as a quick side dish for lunch.
